In date: June 17, 2026 The official Israeli state television channel, Makan TV, featured a three-person panel in one of its well-known programs, “The New Middle East,” to discuss the temporary understanding between the United States and Iran.
One of the guests was Mr. Arif Bawecani, leader of the Party Serbesti Kurdistan (PSK).
The interview was conducted in Arabic and was simultaneously translated into Hebrew.
During the discussion, the leader of PSK highlighted several important points, emphasizing that this type of understanding is unlikely to be long-lasting. He noted that, due to the Iranian regime’s repeated deception and lack of trustworthiness, the possibility of the agreement collapsing is significantly greater.
